"We very much enjoyed the use of the kitchen, stocked with knifes, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, glasses, cutting boards, oven, microwave, cook top, coffee maker, fridge and freezer….to name a few! Tables and chairs and also some additional food needs were available. We also appreciated the containers for empty bottles, so as to have them recycled! It was mostly clean and someone came regularly to empty the recycling and clean up after those who don’t…smile. I am a tidy and clean freak so I did...

"We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...

"The house was a cozy 2 bedroom summer cottage one block off the water - was perfect size for a family of 5 with a third sleep area off the dining area. We were able to have local friends over for dinner any game night of UNO without feeling cramped. My only feedback would be better lighting in the dining room for late night games. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, the instructions provided on reading meters was perfect and how to replace fuse as well. "

"One night stop over. Stayed here before, had such a lovely time it was well worth a repeat visit. Service was excellent and with a smile. "Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems. The mall is nice, albeit things are not open 24/7, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I was in the area."
