「These are cute little bungalows in a beautiful tropical forest setting in a quaint village 15 min from the pyramids at Chechen Itza. The real gem here is Luis, the property owner and host. 「I'm not sure how this place could have been better. I came on a solo bird watching trip, and it was a perfect base for exploring the Yucatan. I stayed in the glamping cabin, the bed was hard foam and very comfortable. The AC worked well. And there's a strong 4G cell service. The only possible downside is that the location is right next to a highway so you get a little bit of traffic noise. Other than that, it's hard to beat a hiking trail and a cenote right there on site.」
