We started our journey around the yucatan peninsula from this hotel and ended our 10 day adventure back to this hotel because we found it very relaxing, convenient and easy to get around to shops, restaurants, and the bus terminal. Also I love the sound of the church bells and the birds.

Perfect location close to everything. We could not hear noise from the street, but you could hear when a loud neighbor arrived. Beds were comfortable, windows had a screen and shutters but no glass. Ac worked well. Bathroom was dated. Pool was fantastic. The people were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with medication and they let us put it in the fridge. Location close to the ADO.

I liked the charm and location. Also nice large rooms. Bathroom was smelly and the pool wasn’t clean in my eyes. Still, good value and great for those on a budget.

Central location and parking on site!

I didn't expect much, but was was very pleasantly surprised. This is beautiful colonial building with a courtyard, shade, trees, pool and benches. View of the cathedral. Parking on site was major plus for us on this trip. We booked two rooms, one of the 4 beds didn't look clean or the sheets were too old, and the bathroom was little run down, but still very decent. I would suggest adding a mini fridge to the rooms. Other than that I can't complain.

Great central location- budget hotel as expected Only issue - no credit card accepted and no advance notice Beds and linens need to be replaced but they were replacing some beds while we were there

Excellent location. Great pool. Nice courtyard. Room did not have towels. no excuse for this, just poor service. No parking available when we arrived. Parking area was full. AC unit dripped water. Overall, for 1 night it was fine.

The hotel is old I see few cockroaches, we where 4 and we only have 2 towels, we only have 2 soaps bar, the pool was great, the location is awesome is central.

Es un hotel al que le falta mucho mantenimiento en general, cambiar puertas, baños, colchones, almohadas El personal es muy amable y accesible, está en una excelente ubicación, pero si les urge cambiar colcohones y puertas. Fumigar más seguido.
