Wonderful Motel

This motel is perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The beds are moderately comfortable, the room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and the towels are comfortable. I never checked out the breakfast. I do agree with some of the reviews saying the motel is dated, however, it is a cute little place and the price is very reasonable. If I travel back through I would definitely stay again.

Great economical choice

The motel is a little dated but well-maintained. Great quality for the money. Professional service at the front desk. Comfy bed and towels. Basic breakfast with waffles as the hot option.

Old style motel

Good basic old-style motel. My room had a door to the outside and my car parked right outside. Convenient for walking the dog. Comfortable bed, hot shower.

Great stay until the bed bugs came out

Everything seemed fine, room was clean and manager was friendly. We stayed for a girls night sleepover. In the middle of the night, bed bugs woke us up. So we did not get much sleep after that. I did check the beds when we first arrived and i did not see any.

Raine Motel in Valentine, NE - A Gem

This hotel is a gem. Mona greeted us kindly and gave information on where too eat and the location of Smith Falls. There is a simple breakfast provided. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom was well supplied. Of all the hotels we've stayed at across the State of Nebraska i can say this one was the BEST

Locally owned place, basic but clean.

The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Toilet seat was not hinged on one side. Almost fell off when I sat down. I would stay again.

For the price it was very clean and the staff we met were great. It is showing some signs of its age, and the bed needed replacing. We also only had one very thin blanket, and i don't think it would be enough come colder weather. The breakfast was a bit lacking but we didn't starve. The outside area was very nice.

We've stayed at Raine motel several times. (Really miss their outstanding Indian restaurant). The motel is very pleasant and reasonably priced. Some improvements could be made. The bathroom window couldn't be opened and their was no fan. Breakfast was pretty meager.
