The absolute best location!!! So close to many shops and good restaurants. The plaza is so cute and fun to spend time in. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing!

Great location and super friendly

Valencia stay for four nights and this place is a gem. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly. We went for the bigger room. It was overlooking the square - great location for exploring.

Perfect location, reasonable price

Perfect location with walking distance to most of the things to see. The room has everything you need, the bed is huge and there is enough space. The standard may be not so high when it comes to the bathroom, but it is reasonably priced. Sound isolation is lacking though, lots of sounds coming from both outside and neighbour rooms, so it is difficult to sleep in in the morning. Very nice staff and we got a complementary breakfast served to our room a couple of times. I would come back here.

The thermostat controls were responsive. Large room with fancy chairs overlooked the busy plaza, but with windows shut and the AC working, one could shut the windows and exclude the noise.

This stay has been absolutely amazing! Room has beautiful view with a balcony that comes with two little foldable chairs to sit on, bed is decently comfy, bathroom is roomy, abd staff is so kind. I can’t have gluten and even though their complimentary breakfast menu didn’t have options for me, they went out and bought me some gluten free items to eat! So kind!!

Favorite place in Valencia

Our stay was perfect in room 1E, we had a lovely window on Plaza de la Reina , there was an elevator or stairs, it was self service to get the key and return the key in a combo lock box. That might be difficult for some but we are active boomers and it was no problem. Each day Nadine brought a breakfast cart to to room at the designated time.

The location was really good , but cleaness really poor. The bed want that good and we were surpresied with a nice simple breakfast.. and the shower was super weired, you need to taska a shower handling the hose

It has a great location and view—very central. Coffee is a bit too scheduled for my taste, as when I'm on vacation, I don't like being told when to get my coffee. I never felt the hot water in the room; I informed the clerk, but it was not fixed in three days. It's nice if you like cold showers.

Great location, though can be noisy at night. Still, the view and convenience is worth it. Room was fine: a little rough around the edges, but comfortable and standard. The staff was excellent: great communication, super helpful map/resources, and clear rules. Check-in was incredibly easy and fast, and we were allowed to check-in early for free. Very pleasant team and great for non-Spanish speakers as well!

We loved the location of our room. Check in was good and had good instructions. Room was lovely, however cleanliness and levels of maintenance in the room could be better. Daily breakfast was lovely and room service was great… very friendly young man. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We will look to return. Thank you for a lovely stay😊

Great spot, great staff, and overall great... if you don't intend to sleep. The bed was terrible, and loud noises non stop. If you want to sleep and relax its terrible, but everything else is genuinely great.

Good value in great location

Great location right by the cathedral, clean room and friendly service. The room had a spacious bathroom, a safe and fridge. Missed air condition though - the room turned terribly hot in the morning. They could also have held back on the use of air freshener in the bathroom. Still, recommended if you want good value for your money.

Guesthouse in a safe and convenient location

Convenient and safe location. Entry to property is at Placa de la Reina with many tourists and shops opening till late. Got very clear instruction about check in by email. Happy with cleanliness of my room. Shower cabinet is spacious, and separated from toilet which is also spacious. Water changed to cold in the middle of showering on two nights, but got back to hot pretty soon. Bed and quilt were fine. Pillow was very comfortable. Got nice surprise of bar fridge in the room, and daily complimentary breakfast of Coca de Ilanda, a typical Valencian sponge cake, coffee and orange juice brought to my room.
