Excellent hotel which is very near to everything. Staff very friendly, our room was very spacious and really clean with an excellent shower and breakfast in the morning was great. If we return to Valencia we would definitely stay here again 😃

I enjoyed the character of this hotel and its location for touring the old city on foot is superb. The traffic noise from the main road is noticeable. You cannot drive a car to the hotel due to street restrictions but I was surprised at the availability of free street parking.

Comfortable hotel, centrally located

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which has a lot of character, with its exposed brickwork and wooden ceilings. Our room and bed were comfortable. We had a kettle and cups, so we could make tea. The hotel reception staff are very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is very centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and to the Turia Gardens. Highly recommended!

Ad Hoc - Ad Great.

Great location close to cathedral. Could walk everywhere from Plaza to Plaza. Staff were polite and friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold food - plenty of choice for a breakfast. Great value overall.

I liked the location. It was very convenient. The Hotel is in need of an update. It seems stuck in the 90s. Not well maintained. Really bad acoustics, you can hear everything. I did not have a good rest during my stay. Old linen. Old electric tea pot, full of mineral sedimentation on the bottom. One day the cleaning service failed to remove the trash. No attention to details.

The location was very close to the city center and that was great. Breakfast was not extensive, but was good. Room had no view, but since we only used it for sleeping not a real problem. There were bigger rooms with a balcony and outside view, but we did not got one of these. The staff at the reception was very friendly and most helpfull. In short a nice stay.

Historic old building with antique finishes. Clean and within a 5 -7min walk to the historic centre. Beds were comfortable however rooms are run down, mold in bathrooms and tea kettle, noisy old pipes can head your neighbours very clearly. Property in need of renovations in thier rooms.

Location good, breakfast disappointing

The hotel is nothing special only the location is good. Breakfast was disappointing, everything was finished, no vegan options and eggs were put together with bacon which was not appropriate for my muslim husband. Breakfast room is very crowded, tables always dirty and we waited to get more bread for 20 minutes. The room was ok, but no coffee or bridge. You can hear noice from corridor and other room easily. We had no view from our room just a dull wall. Not coming back.

Unfortunately this property was entirely inadequate during our stay. The room was very dirty, including used spoons and glasses from previous guests left in the room, a dirty toilet and half-used toilet paper roll, a dirty floor. We left ample time for the room to be cleaned as we arrived at the hotel at 6pm - checkin was at 2. We were honestly disgusted by the conditions. We let the front desk know and all he did was shrug and apologize. Later, when we brought more concerns to him, he offered to change our room but at that point we were already settled and didn’t want to waste our one and only day in Valencia moving rooms. The bed and pillows were also incredibly uncomfortable - my husband and I had the worst sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming factor is it’s location.
