"Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide....

"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. I tried to contact her by WhatsApp (voice messages and text messages), by e-mail and by the chat from hotels.com and we even asked a worker from the Sinaia turist information center to call her from a local...

"Our stay at the MK Apartments was amazing. We stayed for two nights and the whole experience was just great. The apartment was spacious, clean, had all the necessary items, including coffee, utensils. And the fridge was stocked with water and even cold drinks and creamer for coffee. The bathroom was spotless. There were two televisions in the apartment and both of them had streaming. Internet was very fast and reliable. Although located in an apartment block, the view was still nice with the surrounding clean apartment blocks, and you could even see the Brasov sign on the hill from the balcony. Mihaela was extremely helpful in providing the directions, and the check-in process was very quick and easy. All follow up questions and advise regarding local area was spot on. It is about a 15 minute drive from the old town, but that was not a problem for us as we had a car. Highly recommended and if we are in the area, we would definitely stay here again."
