I haven't had the breakfast yet. I've only just checked in. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Stunning location bedroom faces the river from above and it was a gorgeous sunset. Now expecting a fantastic dining experience at Botanica!

Since the change in administration I love this hotel Puerta del Sur. Friendly and respectful staff, good amenities, amazing views of the river and Cau-cau bridge. Good breakfast. No spiders and mosquitoes as it was in the past. I fully recommend this one special when you book thru Expedia, much cheaper than by the front desk.

The hotel was nice, but there was stains on the carpet and not very many in amenities. The tile in the bathrooms were cracked in need of repair. It’s certainly overpriced for what you get.
