「This isn’t a 5 star . Room very dated. No kettle for making any hot drinks. No air con. Furniture dated. Hairdryer old. Staff not that friendly overall. Have to pay for tap water with dinner Waitress forgot drinks then bought me the wrong one. Then I got charged for it no apology. Don’t think they like the English. Certainly not worth £550 a night by any means. Plus side food lovely and spa pool lovely. So glad we only stayed for 3 nights. Now at hotel Alpin Hubertus just up the road....

「Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. 」

「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」

「Lovely rooms, helpful staff, and beautiful wellness area which includes a sauna and steam room. Best part was the wide selection of food for breakfast. Bathroom draining could use some work as it was clogged.」

「The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle. The room is spacious and clean, we love the idea that the room looks like a little wooden cabin, feels warm and comfy. The resort is well...

「Fantastic location, relaxing and friendly environment nestled in a beautiful forested location. Close to town of Armentarola (accessible by bus, shuttle or even walking) where the ski tow is located. The on-site restaurant is excellent and convenient. I had some of my best sleeps in years in the A-frames. Cant wait to return.」
