However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "
