Amazing stay! One of the best experiences we have ever had. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious. The view was amazing. The amenities were awesome (pool table, hot tub, ski lockers) and the staff was above and beyond friendly. We will stay here every time.
We loved this place. Its cozy, elegant, really clean and beautiful. The kitchen is very spacious with everything you may need. The staff is very friendly. Before skiing they offer you cliff bars, hot chocolate, pastries, coffee and tea. Defenitly we are returning next time we visit Vail.
When arriving at the property and during our stay, we received excellent customer service. Staff were kind and helpful. The property and the room were excellent. The location was really great. They’ll offers and in town free bus system and the property is right in front of the bus stop so this may things very convenient.
Beautiful spacious new condo in a great location. Near restaurants, shops and the ski sloops. Nice heated indoor pool and hot tub. Second hot tub outside by a fire pit. Ben, the Resident Manager, was wonderful. You could tell that his first priority was to make sure that you had a great stay at The Lion. We will definitely be back!
Great condo, clean, nice, and great location. Amenities were fantastic!

Well appointed condo. Very clean, close to dining/shopping, and pretty close to the base. Would definitely stay there again. Having a washer and dryer was great!
Covid restrictions in Vail ski resort were awful tho. Very few places to eat, no music, no heated gondolas, RUDE resort and restaurant workers even on Christmas Day...how are u in a bad mood on Christmas?? It’s like they didn’t want you to have fun!! We have always loved Vail, but we won’t be back!

Vail Adventure
A wonderful experience, and a VERY nice upscale property.
No housekeeping for short stays, initially a concern, adequate supplies for a few days. Anthony Szuminski was a great asset to the property, very professional and helpful.
This brand new property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The indoor hot tub, pool, and steam room are great features. Unfortunately there is no restaurant on site. We enjoyed our days there but not our nights. The pillows were lumpy in both rooms and quite uncomfortable. We requested some softer pillows; however, housekeeping brought replacements that were just as bad. At $1,260 per night good pillows should be a given. Additionally, we had a 2 bedroom facing the highway and the noise was constant and very noticeable at night. So even though it is a beautiful property we did not have a good night sleep for 5 nights in a row. So if you can make sure to get a room facing the mountain and not the highway and pack enough pillows for everyone in your party you will have a great time and enjoy the property.
Liked: The property is immaculate and practically brand new.
Disliked: The blinds in the bedroom didn't actually cover the entire window letting in light.
Very large single room condo was really nice. It was great to have on site laundry which was a first for me on a vacation rental. Its conveinent to have ckean clothes when you arrive home. The outdoor hottub was nice although there was not really a view. I never received an "important" email attachment with my room number and access code. Thank goodness that the consierge was still there or im not sure what we would have done. She stayed late to assist us and seemed in no rush even after her shift had clearly ended.

Three rooms are not as shown in pictures. Beware.
Nice place, well appointed, had a problem with the reservation, did not respect the three bedroom residence unit, they gave us a two residence with a lock off room. That made the living space very small and unconfortable. The types of bed did not match the ones described in the room type. When confronted the manager did not have a solution but gave us maid service every day because there is limited housekeeping, every other day, for the “inconvenience”. The room did not match the three bedroom unit advertised in the hotel’s website. All in all the room was nice but extremely small. Have never paid so much for something that small. The manager kept saying they are not a hotel so that they could not move me to a different room because although I had paid my room 6 months in advance they only had 16 rooms available for rent and that none of them were three bedrooms only 4 rooms (probably 3 +lock off) and studios. So I found myself helpless because there was nobody to talk to other than a manager with no power to solve the problem.
