"Hotel needs update. The hotel property and rooms in general for the price were okay. If you’re expecting a super clean accommodation, the Baymont in current condition is not your place. Reception person was okay, lacked inviting customer soft skills. He simply filled the job and complained about long working hours. He was okay. I sadly misread that pool and spa were seasonally closed. Super disappointed when all other hotels in Sedona, Mesa and Phoenix had open pools, I simply looked at the pics. The pool and hot tub were super important to me. Missed breakfast, left early. Parking was good and easy. Will not stay at a Baymont by Wyndham again. Pillow and pillowcases has weird stains."

"If the pool was heated it would had been perfect, our room carpet had stains, n the beds where not that comfortable, mattress to hard.. other than that it was okay, staff was great "
