Fabulous location, beautiful facility. Skytop bar is very cool and popular. Great views of the city. Room very clean and comfortable. Certainly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.

The front desk staff was helpful. We were a bit disappointed in the room—while the balcony was nice, the door didn’t lock properly. The bed was hard and pillows and bedding were worn/need replacing. Small towels. Small shower. Rugs were in the way. Decor was small scale and uncomfortable. Lacked vanity and storage space. Small blocks of wood as night stands, no room for anything. Hallways were cluttered and looked like we were waking through the basement to get to our room. We weren’t told what time the cut off was for cleaning services and our room wasn’t serviced one day. One tiny elevator that was slow.
