「Underwhelmed」

「Great stay and an amazing staff!」

「I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last 4 years. Staff is always friendly. The property has aged and the rooms aren’t as clean and maintained as prior stays. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds from someone’s last stay. The bathroom walls had repair marks that were never painted and shower didn’t look very clean. Was surprised this last visit so probably my last stay.」

「No elevator, breakfast is minimal, felt unsafe, heard people screaming and yelling next room, door keys/cards didn’t work had to go to the desk 3-4 times for replacement. 」

「The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was pretty nice and a good start to the day. Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. When the hotel is full, there isn’t enough parking for guests. I was even told to park at a nearby business, but their lot was full as well, which made things pretty frustrating. Definitely something to consider if you’re staying during a busy time.」

「I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that.
