"We were able to park outside on the road and there was plenty of free spaces right near the hotel. The member of staff was very helpful and willing to help. His English was really good especially for Eastern Turkey. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable beds and nice quality bedding. The bathroom was very modern. The whole place was really clean. "I ended up leaving the location because I couldn’t communicate properly with the staff. When I asked about parking — which was the main reason I booked this place — they showed me a spot under the terrace. I was traveling with my motorcycle, and that parking space didn’t feel safe or suitable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the amount I paid."
