「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「super central, large space, and great location near everything. May be hard to find initially as it’s in a middle of a mall complex, but well worth it」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

「So if you don't mind sleeping above a bar on a street with 5 night clubs that are open until 4 am this is a good choice. We got little sleep due to all the noise. The bed was like a camp cot. The room is spacious and really cool because it's in a very old building. The host was very responsive when we needed」

「I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key.
