「The cottage is perfectly located: 1 minute from the beautiful park, 3 minutes from the High street where shops, restaurants, pubs and transportation can be found and situated in a very quiet street. The price is very good for the quality of the accommodation. The cottage is big and functional. The stairs are a little steep and narrow but they lead to two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is en suite. I needed to stay one extra night and the owner did everything to facilitate my change of plans. I...

「I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
