"Breakfast was excellent and the dinner buffet had a great variety. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Nervendra, who arranged our airport pickup and helped coordinate tours during our stay in Agra—he made everything very easy for us. The only downside was the Presidential Suite. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were long black hairs in the tub and shower from previous guests, mold-like residue on the shower head and handles, and rust/dark mold around the tub edges. The TV also didn’t work, possibly due to dead batteries in the remote. For guests booking the Presidential Suite, these basic cleanliness and maintenance details should not be overlooked."

"it is perhaps a great property for weddings and family events where noise and chaos are standard features of the day. I came to spend one night as my race venue was 15 minutes away, room had mosquitoes, water bottles were missing, AC did not work and yes the pillows were perfect for people who weigh a ton !"

"Great dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Staff is excellent. Before arriving there, I had a tough time getting anybody to answer the phone. Got frustrated and tweeted out to the world. That got immediate attention and my requests for airport pickup, and other transportation needs were handled very well. Special shout out to Atul Shrivastava the driver assigned to us. He was awesome. "

"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "

The grounds, lobby, surroundings, spa, restaurants and lastly the personal and refined service provided by all staff. "We stayed here for a visit to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately the room booked was very dirty and cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pillow covers and bathroom. We reported immediately and cleaners were sent, however this wasn't a great first impression. Eventually our room was changed to a bigger cleaner room with a view of the Taj Mahal, which was a nice gesture. If visiting the Taj Mahal it's a convenient location and only 5mins ride in a rickshaw. "
