Dull place

Spa closed at 16 on sundays. Check before you book if you expect to use the spa Room looked like a old hospital room, no deco. Breakfast was dull. Beautyfull location though

We chose this property and drove out of our way to get to it because it advertised 4 pools and was kid friendly. The Expedia pictures even supported that. What it didn’t say was that upon our Sunday arrival, the pool and facilities would be closed at 3:30 pm (which was when we arrived) and the one and only restaurant in the area would close at 6. When I asked if there were any pools open for our kids, we were told “the lake”. Lol thanks. Real helpful. This is not a normal resort, it’s a health institution and that is fine, but it should be advertised as that. We honestly walked in with two tired kids, who just wanted to swim, Looked at the room and then promptly left. We decided it was worth the extra hour drive and forfeiting the money we spent, not to stay here. Again, nothing against the people staying there and the aim of the place of treatment and healing, but better advertisement is needed. I do also wonder the quality of the facilities for kids if we were there during operating hours. Would they be welcomed or just a burden, because let’s face it, kids in a pool just want to laugh, splash and have fun. I am doubtful that would be allowed.

Erikoinen paikka

Mahtavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet (nyt oli liikaa paarmoja joten ulkoilusta ei tullut mitään), iltapalaksi tilasimme hampurilaiset ja voi pojat että oli hyvää. Huone oli ihan ok, ainoa miinus tälle helleviikolle oli ettei huoneissa ollut ilmastointia, onneksi edes puhallin löytyi. Tänne voisin tulla paarmattomana aikana uudestaan.

Huoneet alkeellisia, ei löydy edes minibaaria. Spa-alueella likaista pukutiloissa ja suihkutiloissa. Ruoka on todella kallis ja vaihtoehtoja suhteellisen vähän. Toisaalta ympäröivä alue on upea ja kaunis. Ulkoilumahdollisuuksia on tosi hyvin. Henkilökunta on avulias.

Todella huonot ja littanat tyynyt.Sänky myös haisi homeelle. Asiakaspalvelu epämiellyttävää. Vastaanoton nainen vaikutti väsyneeltä ja kyllästyneeltä työhönsä, samoin ravintolan vanhemmat työntekijät. Pieni hymy ei liene mitään maksavan.Aamupala oli ihan hyvä ja siellä oli ihanan iloinen nuorehko naisen palvelemassa.

Kolmen tähden kohde viiden tähden hinnalla

Remonttia kaipaava vähän elähtänyt kohde. Meillä oli iso perhehuone, jossa 200 €:n vrkhintaan ei ollut edes vedenkeitintä, eikä sitä pyynnöstä huolimatta saatu. Verhot puuttuivat kokonaan, olivat kuuleman pesureissulla olleet kesän. Koko paikan hieno lisäarvo tuli päivällisbuffetista, tosi laadukas. Myös aamupala oli laadukas ja monipuolinen. Harmi, että paikka on päästetty rapistumaan.

Ihan ok paikka

Huone oli iso ja tilava, sopiva 2 aikuiselle ja lapsille 2v, 4v ja 7v. Huone oli hieman aikansa elänyt, jonkin sortin pintaremonttia kaipaisi. Pimennysverhot puuttui vallan joka oli aika iso miinus lasten kanssa ja itsekin heräsi aikaisin kun aurinko paistoi.

Pikku fiilausta olisi

Tunkkainen ilma huoneessa. Tuloilmakoneen suodattimet kannattaisi tarkastaa. Pesuhuoneen lattia ei kuivunut yön aikana mikä kertoo ettei ilmanvaihto toiminut. Myös käytävillä oli tunkkainen ilma. Sen sijaan ruokalassa ja aulassa oli raikas ilma. Kylpylä oli hyvä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja se että myös iltasella oli buffetti auki. Unohdin ottaa oman tyynyni mukaan koska hotellien tyynyt on aina muodottomia. Nyt laskostin froteepyyhkeen tyynyn päälle että sai vähän tukea. Ulkona olisi ollut penkkejä missä istua ja katsella järvelle mutta pääskysten annetaan pesiä siinä päällä niin jäi se ajatus siitä syystä. Lasiset jälkiruokakupit oli tosi kuluneita. Aamiaisella ei ollut oikeaa mehua vaan ainoastaan aspartaamilla maustettua. Aamu- uinnillahan sitä ois voinut kävästä mutta kylpylä aukeaa vasta tunti huoneenluovutuksen takaraja-ajan jälkeen
