「The hotel stay was disappointing because the actual rooms and facilities did not match the photos shown on the website. The pictures made the place look much better than it really is. However, the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. Overall, the service was okay, but the hotel should update the photos on the site to reflect the real condition.」

「Excellent transit hotel - sparkly clean and everything feels new and well managed. Easy transfer to airport from hotel. Highly recommend.」

「Comfortable, great service, close to airport (carry directions in case your driver can't find the location). Only issue we had was gate was locked when we returned late. We were able to quickly notify staff who came and unocked it. But it did take us by surprise.」

「For us this was a rest day before catching our plane at 3am. Everything was good, friendly staff, spacious room with AC, swimming pool and food (excellent prawn curry). Only downside, if you want the attractions of central Negombo it is 8-10km away. 」

「All is good ( the service, food, and the room) But, the bed sheet makes my skin feel rugged a bit. Pilling on the surface, not very comfortable at begging but got used to it later.」

「This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness」

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」

「日本人です。夫婦で一泊しました。 コスパ最高宿ですのでかなりオススメです！ とにかくスタッフのおじさん、お兄さんがとても親切でした。スリランカ入りして初日のホテルだったのですが、ウェルカム感満載で既に他国へ旅行しヘトヘトでしたが心あったまりました。エアコンもシャワーも問題なく、ドライヤーも貸してもらい快適な宿泊でした。ちなみにテラスからロータスタワーから見れましたよ！」
