The room is nice and large and the fridge was a decent size too The property has a club and their main income is from groups booking it for parties and also on Fridays they have a DJ from 4pm so you wouldn't want to stay here over the weekend The day we checked in there was a party going on and the music was terribly loud. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!」

「Nico ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und abseits der harten Matratze kann man nicht über fehlenden Komfort klagen. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Nächten und kann auch für Europäer angenehm hochgeregelt werden. Das Frühstück ist super lecker (besonders die Fruchtplatte) und abends konnten wir ebenfalls äußerst lecker Essen (Chilli-Chicken). 「This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness」

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」

「酒店里机场不远，方便半夜到达的人就近入住。但酒店的设施一般，感觉达不到4星级的标准，比我住过的其他华美达集团下的酒店要差很多。酒店的服务还不错，卫生条件还好，但酒店面积不大，就在路边，方便在路边搭去科伦坡的大巴。总的来讲性价比一般，适合短暂停留。」
