Refused stay due to fecal smells as if it has a broken septic system in both rooms presented to us. Elevator stopped working as we were about to use. Stay away from this stanky, neglected old hotel. They won’t issue you a refund when booking through Expedia. This place is old and tired but the funky smell of our assigned room and the equally ..itty smell of the offered “upgraded” room makes this place and easy pass. Ended up eating the cost of the room (over $500.00) for two nights because the hotel refused to issue a refund. Potential guests beware! THIS PLACE STINKS IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE Se negó a quedarse debido a los olores fecales, huele como si tuniera un sistema séptico roto en ambas habitaciones que se nos presentaron. El ascensor dejó de funcionar cuando estábamos a punto de usarlo. Aléjate de este viejo hotel apestoso y descuidado. No te emitirán un reembolso al reservar a través de Expedia. Este lugar es viejo y cansado, pero el olor extraño de nuestra habitación asignada y el olor igualmente... de la habitación "mejorada" ofrecida hace que este lugar sea fácil de pasar. Os quartos e as instalações são muito boas, assim como os funcionários, porém o quarto tinha uma gigante varanda sem nenhuma mesa ou cadeira, inviabilizando sua utilização. O banheiro também não tinha saída forçada de ar, deixando todo o vapor do banho para dentro do quarto. Mesmo sendo um imenso quarto, não havia espelho de corpo inteiro. O café da manhã no geral esperava mais pelo nível do hotel.

This hotel was very bad, walls way too thin, all night you can hear the next door neighbors and people walking by, room not cleaned when we checked in, the food at the restaurant was horrible, egg shells in the salad and one of the worse burger I ever had , it was microwaved burger, the pool jacuzzi was dirty all around it , and they charge for everything even for their complimentary water when you check out. Give it a huge pass!

This was a disaster of a stay with the hotel. They insisted on changing our nightly rate from $151 to $252/nt because of our 2 children. They did inform us of this change before we arrived but did not respond to questions about how they could justify such a high price for 2 kids in a room that already has the sofa bed in it. The hotel management refused to even discuss the matter with us. We opted to stay anyway and when we got to the room the sofa bed was made up but a 3rd single bed in a side room was completely bare. What hotel leaves a bare mattress for their guests? The front desk insisted that we don't need that bed so they shouldn't have to provide sheets on it. There was also only 1 pillow for each person that was so soft that it is like not having anything but they told us that they didn't have any other pillows. We each had to sleep with the decorative pillows (you know - those unwashed ones!) under our bed pillows. Eventually they did make the third bed in the room with enough complaining and we did get a couple of extra pillows for subsequent nights but not enough. The other huge disappointment is that the pool and gym are only open from 2:00 to 9:00 (and they make you wear a swimming cap). My husband typically goes to the hotel gyms while I am getting the kids to sleep and that was not an option here. We also intended to go to pool on a saturday morning before our other activities and could not. There is more but I am out of characters to typ
