"the hotel room is neat and clean. Everything is all set. Hotel building is sharp and modern. Enjoying the onsen a lot. "

"Ok brammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

"GOOD"

"Stay was excellent and staff was super generous and helpful"

"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."

"Nice new container -single room hotel, good services just bit far from the station but if you drive that would be perfect for you for low rate and new hotel ! I wish the younger employees can speak English!"

"Excellent staff and hotel was nice."

"The kindest, sweetest staff ever. Amazingly priced for the level of service, the outdoor Onsen, and cat Cafe all included??? I would come back to Yufuin just to stay here again."

"warm and helpful employees and good location. "

"My stay was great since it was booked an hour before arriving. The hotel accommodated me quickly, which I am are very thankful for. Besides the room being very small, it was a good stay for the night. "

"Very good"

"This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It was very convinient to have a restaurant on site, the onsen was lovely, and there are many unique things to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return and stay for longer on our next visit!"

"It was a wonderful stay. The outdoor bath was amazing and not too too hot so you could enjoy it and relax. The staff were helpful and the rooms made up every day. It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "

"Great stay with a beautiful view"

"Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent."

"If you stay on the side opposite the entrance, you can hear the trains during the night"

"Very clean and super comfortable beds. The sound of the surf while soaking in your own open air onsen tub on the balcony is fantastic. Wonderful ocean view from open air tub as well as balcony chairs and table. Great food in the restaurants."

"Generally ok , will stay here again."
