The room is spacious, quiet and upscale. Location is in the centre of the city, so it is super convenient. Staff were also very friendly. Will book it again next time when I visit Urumqi.

This hotel every staff ate so friendly & helpful. Especially their front manager Bella & Bell boy 小洁。 room are clean & comfortable bed. We stay 2 nights after our 10 days road trip we decide to go back stay for 1 more night before we leave the city. Highly recommend

It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. The concierge also doubles as porter so there is no one at the concierge desk if he is bringing luggage up to rooms. 2. WiFi is super slow 3. The A/C control in the room does not work. It remains at 26 degrees no matter what you do to the control dial.

商务酒廊服务非常好就是每次晚餐有虾都没有去虾肠很惊讶现在谁还不知道去虾肠呀而且是5星宾馆难道让客人自己去虾肠当时我确实试着自己来但是因为是熟的非常难去掉弄得整个虾黑黑的都是虾肠里的东西很没食欲提了一次意见第二天还是一样让人失望

Cleanliness of the room is ok but need maintenance. Pools are closed for repair when we stayed. It was a bit pricey because of this. Staffs are friendly.

Great hotel professional and congenial

I do recommend this hotel for its good location near the shopping gallery Maison mode for its direct access to third floor food hall for its efficient staff always smiling ready to help speaking excellent English!

The softest bed in China.

I had just come from some fairly traumatic experiences in Eastern Europe and Western Asia, so may be a little biased. But I thought this the best of the Sheratons I have stayed in. My room was of a decent size, well furnished and very comfortable. The softest bed in China! My one minor caveat was that the breakfast buffet was not as well chosen as it might have been for a Western client. I was limited to one night and might have done better the second time. I arrived at about 2 am and was in my room by about 5 past. Staff spoke quite passable English but there was a manager who spoke essentially perfect English.
