"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"

"The headboard on the bed was dusty, but otherwise everything was clean. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. My favorite part of my stay was the spa and massage area, which was a 10/10. "

"Everything was great except the door banging. I have the impresion that the door closers in all rooms have to be adjusted. The customers let the doors close by themselves and they make an unbelivable noice, to the Point of the building shaking if few happen at the same time."
