"Expérience catastrophique – cambriolage en plein jour et personnel complice ? Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart'hôtel. Tout allait bien jusqu’au dernier jour. Ayant un vol tardif (22h35), nous avons demandé à garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps, ce que le personnel a accepté. Nous sommes allés bronzer à quelques mètres de l'appartement et, à notre retour, nous avons constaté un cambriolage : valise fouillée, baie vitrée ouverte (jamais utilisée), argent liquide, papiers...

"We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). The pool was well used by my three kiddos and the lounge chairs were a nice touch next to the pool. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Our stay at the residence was fantastic. Daniele and Paola were always helpful and available to arrange everything we needed. The internet connection to work was PERFECT! The location is very good, only few minutes away from the beach. I would definitely recommend to stay there."

"This resort is pure luxury, all of the staff was amazing. Extremely clean & the room service was top tier , they clean your room multiple times out the day . There dinner restaurants gives very romantic vibes with entertainment. You really don’t have to leave the resort . "Very stylishly designed hotel. Beautiful decor & tropical gardens leading to a picture perfect white sandy beach. Gorgeous large comfortable rooms. The perfect place to chill after our safari’s & stay in Stone Town. Thank you to the chef for fantastic food, especially the curries. All the staff were so lovely and the service was great. We also enjoyed the low tide sea safari with one of the staff. We highly recommend this as a beautiful chilled place to stay. "

Konokono Beach Resort and Isaraya Over Water Villa

"The resort is just a paradise on earth! Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were ever very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Glory & reception team for always arranging our moving, Mary, Jackson in the restaurant for always being helpful. Aman helpful with excursions. Stayed in the beach pavilion, the 2 bed sea view villa and the over water villa to get the experience. Each and every one of them was amazing although my favourite is the over water villa! They were cleaned on a daily basis and it’s the first hotel I have had no issues with dust! Thank you guys. The only issue was the Masai men hiding to sell their stuff. It was a bit annoying. See you again soon. "

"We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us. "

"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island."
