Great hotel for dog owners.

Always guaranteed to have a good stay at this chain. Foods great in the restaurant, beds very comfortable, great set up for dogs with the outside door, and dogs welcome in the restaurant. Highly recommended

Happy Days at Van der Valk Stein -Urmond.

A large room with a very comfortable bed. A very pleasant restaurant. Very friendly staff. Conveniently situated for our needs. Pleasant terraces outside to relax on and have a drink and a snack .

So much to improve

Breakfast is terrible. Not the level I expected Valk would be. Hams looks like it has been laying there all night Same as the cheese. The room I had was worn out a little. The furniture and the floor The airco I set at the lowest level but in the morning it was still terrible hot. And sweating all night. And awake therefore

We had a great time at your hotel. The turtles were a joy to watch. The area across the street was very pleasant. The breakfasts were wonderful. I'll probably get her name wrong, but when my mom fell and scrapped her arm Sadia at the front desk was on the job and came to our room with a first aid kit and fixed mom right up. She was very professional, competent and handled the situation with excellent knowledge and experience Thank you.

It is building work going on large scale and builders start using heavy machinery and drilling 7.30 AM in the morning. There is no notice information in the room or hotel. It was no information about building work on expedia.

Nice public areas poor rooms

The rooms needs an update. And the air/smell was not good. A lot of noise from the highway. Gym is VERY NICE!! Good restaurant, although I chose to sit outside where a lot of people was smoking which I don’t like. But that was my mistake. Or maybe the hotel could make a none smoking zone? All in all an ok hotel. But I would go for a updated room if possible.

Really had to get in!

The gate to the parking lot didnt work. When we got in eventually the pre-payment wasnt registred. We had to pay again, which mean we paid double (We got a refund a few days later). The room key didnt work, so we had to go back a have it fixed. The reception seemed uninterested in all our problems.

Perfekt beliggende hotel lige ved motorvejen i rolige omgivelser, og med gratis parkering. Flot og dejligt ny renoveret værelse med køleskab og god plads. Skøn morgenmad, og rigtig god aften restaurant til fair priser. Rengøringen var ikke i top, vi fik ikke tømt skraldespand den ene dag, og de beskidte håndklæder var bare lagt på bænken på værelset, og der var ikke lagt nye, vi gjorde opmærksom på det, og det blev straks rettet. Kan klart anbefale dette hotel.

Van der Valk is eigenlijk altijd goed

Hoewel de kamer enigzins gedateerd is, is het verblijf in een van der Valk eigenlijk altijd goed. Ontbijten bij van der Valk is een feestje (helaas werden de tafels niet afgeruimd) al met al prima verblijf
