Resepsiyondaki görevli çok acemiydi. İlk gece kaldıktan sonra ertesi gün odamız temizlenmemiş, yatağımız toplanmamıştı. Resepsiyondaki görevliye bunun nedenini sorduğumuzda "odanızdan çıkarken söylemeliydiniz Bi oda boş mu dolu mu bilemeyiz, temizlik için de hizmet talebiniz olmalıydı, bunu isteyip istemediğinizi bilemeyiz" dedi. "Check in sırasında bunları söyleseydiniz o zaman" dediğimizde de 'ben burada yeni çalışmaya başladım, buranın şartlarını" bilmiyorum dedi.

スタッフが誰も英語を話せず、それに対する対応も不十分でした。部屋の直ぐ外がスタッフの居るデスクでスタッフのおしゃべりの声が部屋に丸聞こえで気持ちは良くなかったです。
