"Our room got a nice view of Eiger mountain. Staff are helpful, room facilities are basic. Bathroom is newly renovated and clean, but shower water temperature is not stable and water pressure was on low side. Down side is no air conditioning, only fan is available, which is not adequate for summer. My chocolates melt, and I can’t sleep due to hot nights,"
