"While the hotel was obviously a slightly older property, the rooms were extremely clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was available at the expected check-in time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. There are no in-room incidentals offered in the standard rooms (no snacks, drinks, etc.) There are vending machines in the hotel offering sodas and snack foods at very reasonable prices. There is also an ice machine on the first floor. The free breakfast was delicious and included eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles. The hotel is located within 15-20 minutes of downtown Lancaster."
