A lovely traditional Italian hotel. We booked an executive room and were a bit surprised not to have a view and to find that the bathroom had no shower but spa bath. The room was small and dark and traditionally furnished but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. Hotel staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Breakfast variety was fresh and cappuccinos were delicious. Loved the patio area for breakfast and the terrace section to relax. I enjoyed my five-day stay at Hotel Bonconte.
I travelled with my son, who left the hotel where he was staying with friends from the orchestra to stay at my room.

Nice Traditional Italian Hotel

Nice older hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. A bit hard to find but the hotel staff helped us find the location. Don't hesitate to call them.

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante le giornate della Festa del Duca, in una camera economy al piano terra. Il piano basso e la riproduzione dei pannelli dello studiolo di Federico da Montefeltro rendono la stanza non particolarmente luminosa, ma comunque ben equipaggiata. Carina la terrazza panoramica dell'hotel e anche il giardinetto dove si può fare colazione nella bella stagione. Il personale dell'hotel inoltre è estremamente gentile e molto disponibile. In sintesi una soluzione con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Qualche sorpresa in negativo

Un po sorpreso dei precedenti giudizi molto positivi sulla struttura. Cortesia del personale, posizione dell'hotel e pulizia degli ambienti comuni e della camera non sono in discussione. Gli aspetti negativi si riferiscono a scelte probabilmente della proprietà o della direzione. Alla richiesta di 11 euro pro capite per la colazione, deve corrispondere un servizio all'altezza, che vuol dire preparare il buffet, fresco, la mattina stessa. Invece la macedonia é già in fermentazione e non c'é attenzione a ciò che é già terminato sul bancone. Anche il salato ha l'aspetto di un parziale recupero di avanzi della colazione precedente. Apprezzabile che sia disponibile per i clienti motociclisti un parcheggio moto ricavato da un attiguo giardinetto: se però la cosa viene tariffata (5 euro a moto al giorno), allora valuto il servizio e penso che si potrebbero potare i rami delle piante che ostacolano la manovra (anche per la presenza di vespe e insetti vari) e che andrebbero rimosse le cataste di legna adiacenti sulle quali é facile inciampare. Probabilmente l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, soprattutto nella gestione, che oggi lo fa apparire fermo nel passato. Sorvolo sulla preferenza consigliata sulla carta di credito da utilizzare al checkout, perché é la solita storia per ottimizzare il costo commissionale dello strumento. Infine, può un hotel 4 stelle chiudere la reception in prima serata e rimandare eventuali necessità a staff presente in altri hotel collegati?

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed i Urbino

Fint hotel med pæne værelser, hyggelig lille gårdhave og god beliggenhed i den gamle del af byen nær alle seværdigheder. Morgenmaden var fremragende og så til kun 11 Euro pr person! Eneste "minus" var at receptionisten ved ankomst talte meget dårligt engelsk - men ind kom vi alligevel.

Unpleasant experience

This hotel provided fake information about the rooms and used very poor rooms to replace what we booked two rooms at the beginning. What we booked are two 16 square meters rooms with balcony. However, this hotel put one of us into a dark, hot and narrow room in the basement and another one into an attic with very low ceiling. When we spoke to the count staff, she quibbled that’s the rooms we booked with very poor attitude. After we showed her the evidence of our booked rooms, she had to change the rooms for us. Though they are better but still do not have balcony. In fact, this hotel has very few rooms with balcony but it provides wrong information to potential customers. I strongly suggest not booking this hotel.
