"We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

"Nukubati Island Resort is an amazing place. It is remote and there is nothing nearby like restaurants and shops. "Excellent customer service, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Town is in walking distance and it’s safe. We were provided shuttle to and from the Inn. If you need peace and quiet getaway than this place is the best for you. We hired a car and drove around labasa and savusavu in a day. The Inn can arrange a car for you. "This place is HORRIFIC. Everything is dirty, we were put into a windowless box in the middle of the building, the walls are paper thin, the rest of the tenants are horribly inconsiderate, blasting music late into the night, the only light was a harsh, uncovered fluorescent bulb screwed haphazardly into the ceiling, paint chips were flaking off in footlong lead based chunks, and plenty more that I don’t have the characters to describe. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
