"Great place to stay in Temecula. The restaurant is wonderful for a special occasion, and it’s nice to be able to wine taste and not have to drive. Also, the wines are reasonably priced. The gym and spa are spacious and very professional. My only critique might be to update the cardio equipment since it doesn’t run very smoothly and is outdated."

"Nice hotel, clean rooms, great happy hour. My only complaint is that it’s a pet friendly hotel, and we had a barking dog next door. Called and complained a couple times, but nothing was done. "

"This location especially the rooms are dated and could use some upgrades. The entry door to room didn't close properly, thank goodness for deadbolt. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The bed was not comfortable, very stiff, thank goodness the pillows were nice and plush. The bathroom is decent with Dove brand toiletries so that was a perk as well as the morning complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that, I wont be staying here again :("

"The smoke alarms went off at 5:30 a.m. throughout the property. Only called the front office to see what was going on, someone answered the phone and said call the police they are chasing me. Obviously, we did not go downstairs to check out what was going on. 5 to 10 minutes later two fire trucks and three police. cars showed up. With our adrenaline rushing and everything going on, we never did get a chance to go back to sleep. When we talk to the staff at the front desk later that morning they never offered us a discount, a free room for the next night or anything else. All they said was sorry. We'll never stay there again!"
