「One of my favorite hotels ever! So cute where and how it was located. Comfortable beds, trendy and classy decor. Perfect set up for our family. Staff was nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Would highly recommend 」

「I forgot an item in the room. However they sent me a message with the picture of the item. Lydie, the receptionist, was very helpful. Parking is included. The room was very clean. 2 in 1 shampoo conditioner and soap are the only toilet amenities. 」

「This property does not have a reception desk or anyone on site most of the time (I knew that when I booked). But, I received a text everyday from the management to check if I needed anything - and, if I responded about needing something, they were responsive and positive. Also, I was supposed to receive housekeeping services every 2-3 days but the housekeeper came in everyday to make up the room.」

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas des plaines d'Abraham, dans un quartier vibrant doté d'une architeture écclectique, et à une distance de marche raisonnable des principaux attraits de la ville de Québec. Le personnel est extraordinaire. On voit que l'hôtel est détenu par des gens passionnés qui désirent offrir une expérience unique.」
