Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West - Nepean by IHG
8/10 Good
"Room was excellent. Very clean ! Very nice staff. The breakfast was adequate although very busy making for scarcity in seating."
Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre

"Friendly staff, easy location however the breakfast was cold"
Moulin Wakefield Mill Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and enjoyed our meals at the restaurants (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner). It was the spa that was disappointing. We were expecting more of a Nordic spa experience with the hot, cold, rest cycles but it was more of a service spa. One of the hot tubs was under construction and the other was quite far (in another building complex ) as it was cold. There was no real relaxation area other than the waiting lobby for spa services. The windows were so dirty in the spa area that even the views outside were hard to enjoy. We did get a massage which was lovely but we were hoping to enjoy a few hours of the spa - instead we just had a message and used the hot tub after our dinner. Stayed 2 nights. Would be great to see more investment into a Nordic spa area - would be a fabulous location for it!"
