「Located just a bit north of Halifax, the setting is like you a million miles away. You are about 20 minutes to Halifax, less than an hour to Peggy's Cove, but the setting is so tranquil you might just want to sit on the wharf by the lake. Great breakfast and wonderful host.」

「A great hotel for anyone visiting Halifax, Nova Scotia. The location is convenient and provides easy access to other areas of the city. The breakfast was wonderful, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. 「We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)」
