Affordable premium Ryokan

Services were perfect. I got everything that I expected from Japanese Ryokan during the stay. Employees were passionate, and dedicated to their job. Highly recommended for your Onsen trip.

The lake view is very nice. The meals are fancy but average taste. If there were an outdoor onsen, it would be perfect!

The toilet bidet and the room light was not working. The staff offered a room change but we had already unpacked so we declined. But we did not expect the aircon was also not working and we opened one of the windows for fresh air but the noise from the rain heating the roofs made it worse! Did they give us the worst room? Overall, we did not sleep well at all.

今回で3回目の東園宿泊、今回は新緑の季節でホテル横の池、新緑、鳥のさえずりが癒しになった。 朝食に地元産のビーツのスムージーも頂け色も綺麗で身体に良い感じでした。 今回、食事は朝食のみでしたが眺め、スタッフの対応、御料理も満足でした。

ゴールデンウィークに宿泊しました。 館内は広く、食事の時間帯なども上手く調整され、混み合うこともありませんでした。大浴場(別館なので少々遠い)もゆっくり入れました。 夕食も朝食もモダンで美味しくて美しい！ 接客も気持ちよく、期待以上のお宿でした。 高齢の母にも喜んでもらえました。
