"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "Aparthotel Krone in Interlaken is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, making it effortless to get around and explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional, the staff was incredibly responsive and offered prompt replies to every question we had prior to and during our stay. The room itself was remarkably clean, sleek, and refreshingly modern. We loved the well-thought, out amenities, including air conditioning, a full coffee and tea setup complete with a Delizio espresso machine, a mini fridge, hair dryer, an in-room safe, and complimentary mini Toblerone chocolates left on the bed. The absolute highlight, however, was looking out the bedroom windows to the stunning alpine mountains and charming town views right outside. While there is no traditional room service available, the setup and thoughtful details make it a non-issue. For the price, it offers truly great value in Interlaken. We would definitely stay here again!"
