「We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again.」

「Larry at the front desk was great helpful very friendly! Alfreda made the breakfast and it was wonderful she was a great host very welcoming. The only thing we did not care for was our room was an adjoining room and there were a lot of little kids over there and it was very loud till late in the evening other than that we will be back.」

「This is an older property that needs some TLC. You cannot beat the location, but it is priced well below competition for a reason. The Dominos guy would not come inside and made me come out to get my pizza. Broken ice machine. Broken elevator. Nice people at the front desk.」

「Looked like they started to renovate then stopped once the floor was finished. The safe did not work, the dryer was riddled with hair and dust, the sink and tub were very very old and needed replacing. There were roaches in the room as well. I couldn’t check out of there fast enough. Also, be careful during the evening.. there were random people just hanging out outside and the overall feel of the place is just sketchy. Don’t come here, pay the extra to go somewhere else that is safer and...

「The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine.」
