「The room is fairly clean, and the facilities are decent.」

「The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. 」

「It was pretty good on the Internet at the time. I didn't expect that going in would be too disappointing. The front desk is a very old grandpa, he check in my room for almost an hour」

「The room was nice, especially the comfort of the bed and the nice lighting. The shower water did not get hot, only luke warm, and I saw a few bugs in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good. I believe the hotel is still being remodeled, so there are probably a few things not completed yet. Overall an average to good review.」

「Bad attitude of staff」

「AC unit was not working in our room. Our room in general could have benefited from some renovation. The bed was comfortable though. 」

「Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.」

「After my credit card processed then desk told me no city water from 11 pm to 6 am first night. Smaller pillows requested not available. Bed too high for short, older person and no stepping device there. Breakfast was well managed. 」

「I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.」
