「I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅」

「Loved that the villa was homely but luxurious, having its own personal pool in the back yard. The villa had all the requirements of a home and the washer/dryer was very useful. 「服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。」
