Das Frühstück ist recht überschaubar und nicht vergleichbar mit der Auswahl einer 4 Sterne Kategorie. Zusammenfassend entspricht das Hotel maximal der 3 Sterne Kategorie. 「Hier arbeiten Menschen die ihren Job lieben! Wir waren an 2 Abenden mit Kunden zum Essen, nicht nur das Essen war exzellent, vor allem die Mitarbeiter die sich um uns gekümmert haben, waren sehr freundlich und unglaublich aufmerksam. Alles war 🔝 Wir können uns nur bedanken 🙏 Danke 」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「Great budget hotel with everything you need - maybe one great addition would be a kettle in the room. The tram link (tram number 3) to the centre of city was just outside the hotel . Maybe one improvement would be the check-in after 10pm for people who had already booked online . Would have better if you could of given guest data at the online booking stage instead of the small screen entrance hall. 」

「Room was clean and in order. Location is accesible to public transpiration . Kitchen was ok but there’s a pungent smell when I opened the dishwasher . There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. 」
