"This hotel is definitely older, you hear a lot from the halls, especially doors shutting. I had to bring my pup for heart surgery so the sounds weren’t great to try and keep him quiet. Overall the place is decent and most of the staff was really kind and friendly. The reason for my review is mainly for not being able to check in 40 minutes early. We had arrived after two days of driving there and when we asked about being able to check in a little early, Shane let us know that check in isn’t until 3. He didn’t even ask my name to check if a room was ready, simply told me twice that check in isn’t until 3. I have stayed in a LOT of hotels and have never ran into this before so it was definitely frustrating. I won’t stay at a quality inn again for this sole reason. "

"We had a good stay, close to our favorite restaurant. The only thing that we were bummed out about was the pool was closed but I was told it'll be open when we come in some time in October so the kids will be happy. "

"Always like staying here as it's clean, and well kept. Lately though a trend has emerged where the pool, hot tub or both are regulary out of service. As someone who always utilizes these amenities it's extremely disappointing and may have me looking elsewhere. I understand things happen but it's getting to be habitual. Call before booking if these are important to your stay. "

"Nice place, rooms are clean, recently remodeled. Terrific free breakfast and a wonderful coffee machine! Used the pool and the temp was great. The only issue I had was at the restaurant. One of my party ordered French Onion soup. It came after dinner and apparently someone didn’t know how the soup works. No cheese or bread and it's not a dessert. "

"There was a concerning flashing blue light in the heat/air unit but it worked okay. The TV remote didn't work. The check-in clerk was very pleasant. The price was good. The breakfast was as expected. The property is past due for renovation."
