"Clean room and wonderful staff. Great amenities "

"The sheets were stained. The hall and stairs were very dirty and smelt horribly of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. There were holes in the ceiling of the hall with totes under them to catch water. Outside trash cans were overflowing."

"Room was clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. We have stayed here several times and the rating is the same. I love the breakfast and that fact Starbucks is close by. "

"Let me start with a disclaimer that I've stayed at Super 8's before and their peer budget hotels in the past. I know what to expect, and in many respects this stay was fine. My room was clean, the heat/ac worked like they should, the tv worked and the walls didn't allow too much noise from outside or other guest rooms. That said, the bathtub/shower, specifically the floor of the tub/shower in room 218, was the plastic liner variety and it was as so weak that it was flexing and probably splitting/leaking as evidenced by the plastic film-like patches which did nothing to make the tub more capable of supporting a 190lb adult male. Management was barely helpful before they became unhelpful. They had one room left and required me to pack and return to the front desk and exchange room keys. I agreed but apparently didn't pack fast enough. Three calls and one visit later I told them to go to hell. I was in town for a funeral and the staff and management of this Super 8 made sure to make memorable for the wrong reasons. Terrible."

"The room was clean. That’s about the only good thing. There was no amenities at all. No breakfast or anything. The beds were very hard. The parking lot was very small. Very basic. It wouldn’t be bad for a one night stay in a pinch. But staying 2 nights or more was awful."

"The only way to check in was via video kiosk. There were no staff present in the building and would not be until morning. Half of the building is boarded up. The floor in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedding did not appear to have been changed. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The fountain in the lobby had no water. There were hair balls in the hallways. The building and parking lot are not being maintained. Peeling paint, broken up concrete in the parking lot. I'm not kidding about any of this. I took a look around and did not stay at the property."
