Surpreendente

Surpreendeu, atendimento foi bem acima da média, um destaque especial para a Isabel e principalmente para o João, que foi muito simpático proativo. Realmente o atendimento merece nota 10. café da manhã também estava muito bom. As instalações um padrão adequado, mas acredito que prestação do serviço compense qualquer questão questões de estruturas.

Incrível! O quarto é novo e aconchegante e tudo é muito limpo. Toalhas de banho e roupas de cama estavam muito cheirosas. O cafe da manhã é maravilhoso e a comida do restaurante também é muito boa. O hotel superou todas as nossas expectativas.

Instalações ok, Atendimento muito amador, funcionarios estavam perdidos pada o café da manhã, Um entra e sai de um povo estranho, que nao estavam hospedados, Mendigos e cachorros vira latas pelo estacionamento, Fiquei nesse hotel pois me falaram q era o melhor da cidade. Se esse eh o melhor, nem imagino como são os outros. Muito caro pelo o que oferece.

No dia 18/11/22 caiu o sistema de internet, o que dificultou o meu pagamento, pois quando cheguei conversei com a recepcionista Amanda e ela disse que estava tudo certo, depois que saímos falaram que como era um pré agendamento eu teria que passar o cartão de crédito novamente. Mas apesar disso gostei do atendimento, o café da manhã e o Hotel é muito bommm.
