"Staff was excellent property needed updating breakfast was excellent there was bugs in the room staff claimed they were wood roaches the cost was very expensive for the way the property was maintained carpet in hallways were nasty elevator was old I would spend the money elsewhere next I visit Muskegon"

"The location was amazing. It was right next to was walking trails and area attractions. The view of the lake from the trails and the patio were excellent. We were awaken in the night by the people in the room above them and hallway chatter. We could hear the mumble of conversations and their running water was loud. The convenience of the location, access to some sort of a snack, and comfort of the bed still made it worth the stay."

"We were just looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated that there was no carpet in the room. Nice little breakfast and the staff was friendly. Would recommend if you aren’t looking for a bunch of bells and whistles and just want a reasonably priced stay."

"Overall nice place. Bit dated and worn in public spaces. All furniture faded and needs to be replaced. Room furniture a bit dated. Needs a general refreshing. One elevator out for entire stay, so getting to and from room a bit tedious."

"This was the best lodging experience I have had in a very long time. From the time you pull up to the property, you can tell that the place is well kept and maintained. The establishment not only smelled clean, but was clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms we're also clean and inviting. The pool area was fabulous, especially the hot tub. We were greeted upon check-in by two very pleasant young men. It was all around a great experience!"
