"My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable....

"We were unable to stay at this property due to several cleanliness issues. There were cockroaches everywhere, the bed sheets were worn out, and we found human hair all over them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, they questioned the housekeeper, but no action was taken. "It was the most horrible experince, i had travelled with whole pack of family including 78 years old grand parents and 4 years old minor, where i had to remain awake for the whole night since 10.00pm the whole hotel was black out till 7.30 am.
