"Everything about this Hotel was excellent. We had a 3 night stay in Innsbruck and this hotel was wonderful to stay at. I would highly recommend it they go above and beyond in their customer service. We loved our hotel room. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that safe monitor the pool area a bit better to ensure that guests with children are not trying to bring their children into the pool area after 6:00 pm when it is only for adult use. The breakfast service was excellent, as well as the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!"
