A beautiful property where we were made to feel very welcome. The owner was helpful giving suggestions for taxi firms and ev charging points. We had the breakfast on the first morning which had a good selection of food, including fresh fruit and some lovely yoghurts. A great location for Newby Bridge and lakes end steam train, ferry and aquarium.

Lovely BnB, easy to get to, nice rooms, not massive but was perfect for myself and my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Frank was lovely and welcoming. If you’re wanting a nice place outside windermere i would choose here.

Great place

I stayed two nights and it was good experience. Location was good and great place to walking around. Clean room and almost everything is there in room which requires for the guest. Frank the owner of the guest house lovely and great guy. Old property but well maintained. Overall nice place to stay.

Really lovely stay. Easy to find and in great location. Not far from Fell Foot and the railway station. Both Windermere and Ulverston are a short drive away. Room was perfect, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and tea making facilities in the room were really appreciated!

What a lovely guest house easy access via car. I did room only and had everything I needed for my stay . Very clean . The Swan hotel and spa 5min walk away which serves lovely food.
