We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. When we got to our room at 6pm there was no extra bed which we’d paid for. We had a package including canapés and cocktails 4:30-6. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each. "We like the airport transfer service, we arrived in the midnight around 3am however we could not feel any safer with someone waited for us outside of the airport.
