My stay at SereS Springs Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and celebrated. I stayed in one of their private villas for my 48th birthday, and everything was beyond beautiful. The villa itself was stunning—peaceful, clean, and luxurious with the perfect private pool setting. The birthday decorations were everything I asked for and more. Waking up to a beautifully decorated pool and enjoying a floating breakfast on my special day was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure every detail of my birthday celebration was perfect, and I truly felt special the entire time. The resort grounds are gorgeous, very relaxing, and give you that true Bali luxury vibe. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special or just unwind in a peaceful environment, this is definitely the place to be. Very tranquil and relaxing ! Setting was like I was living in nature . Beautiful resort ! The staff was amazing ! Would love to stay here again

Clean and great breakfast

While the resort itself was beautiful, I was uncomfortable with some interactions involving drivers. One driver quoted me a transfer price much higher than the rate later confirmed directly by the resort and suggested using a relative for transportation instead. I ultimately chose a ride through Grab because I preferred the transparency, tracking, and accountability of the app. I also experienced a few comments/interactions from drivers that felt overly personal or suggestive and did not feel professional to me as a solo traveler.

The staff were really responsive and friendly. I also appreciated how well the space was designed. It was a great place to rest and recuperate.
